I'm happy that I came here to live. People are friendly and kind, to me and my
son. When he comes to visit, I take him to the park and the pool. Once again,
thank you and your staff for renting to me while I was going through my
divorce.
All in all, Colonial Village is a nice place to live. I choose it because of
it's convenient location to my workplace and the public transportation.
Love the new kitchen!

I really enjoy this apartment complex. Its very nice and spacious. The people
here are nice as well. This place is very well kept, inside and out.
The people at the leasing office are very nice and try to help as much as they

We have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our years spent at Washington Park –
all personnel we have dealt with are A+ people! Their main purpose appears to
be making the residents happy.
The new clubhouse facility is great!

give us choices. The improvements to our apartment are wonderful!!! The place

Very happy we live at CV - nice and clean environment and the maintenance and
office people are the best crew you would ever deal with.
